The tracking info. access was excellent, as were the tracking details each step of the way, from Athens, Greece to final delivery to my doorstep in Omaha, Nebr., USA. The packing was exceptional to protect the glassware items in the shipment, and the pieces of glassware were in perfect, new condition even though advertised as "used." Supremely satisfied.
