Purcahsed the item thinking it was something else and explained to the seller that I needed to return it &
They replied with no as we paid for express post even though it clearly states in their listing that they accept returns. It wasn't till I opened a return dispute that they replied.
Item went back in the same unused condition, taped up in the box exactly how it was mailed to me in the same envelope. Seller tried to say it was returned not in the same condition. I took photos of everything
