I had an issue with the product that was sent, but after contact with the seller I don't think there was any intent and was not the seller's fault. I did not ask for a refund, however she refunded the whole amount PLUS some money to get the object dry cleaned. Now this is what I call an honest and very customer focused seller. Thank you so much for making this very positive experience in the end. 5 stars for this seller. I can highly recommend. This is a 100% honest and more than fair seller.
