    Looks older that it is

    The stories are good but the style of acting seems to fit the period 20 years before this was produced. When compared to the BBC series "Colditz" which was also produced in the early 1970s the difference in acting quality is vast. Having said that I enjoyed watching the original broadcast in the UK and I'm enjoying these DVDs.

    A great addition to the collection!

    Spyforce is classic 1970's Australian TV starring Jack Thompson and Peter Sumner. I bought this set because I remember sitting up at 11pm to watching it the 70's. If you are from my generation it is a good step back in time to the early days of Australian television. The acting is not perfect, the Japanese are ....... well not what you would expect, but all in all it is better than many of shows on TV today. It certianly beats watching American sit-coms and most of the rubbish on TV today.

    Great Australian Drama

    This 70"s Australian drama is a perfect example of what good drama can be. It"s entertaining and gritty, I'm sure that there was some kind of secret force that were involved in all kinds of intelligence gathering or espionage and of course, it would have been known under a different name during WW2. It looked so authentic with Jack Thompson taking the lead. I just hope there were other such series being produced, Well done to the boys from Oz.
