Wall hooks (set of 3) were advertised as excellent condition but then shipped in a box loose with no padding. An enamel insert broke off a large chunk which was lost in shipping. Because the heavy metal hooks spent the whole trip banging against one another. Damage was avoidable and extremely disappointing.
Seller issue partial refund which was nice, but I still don't have the hooks in the condition I bought them in.
