Bait & switch: Original package was opened and re-sealed. Contained 2022 cartridge, not 2024 as listed.

The ink cartridge was not tampered with. The Jan 2022 date is the date of production. The 2024 date stamped on the back of the box is the expiration date. I refunded this buyer's purchase as a gesture of good faith. The buyer never responded to any of my request to revise or better clarify the negative feedback.
