Guitar arrived securely packaged safely. However, there was a miscommunication as to what postal service was been utilised, at first stated it was Royal Mail,then later someone else. The tracking info was difficult to use & didn't update. Guitar was left unattended in the hall by an unlocked back door which almost made me faint, had I not got home early it could've easily been stolen. Actual guitar is as described + amazing so thanks. But please consider another delivery service in future
