Awesome experience!
I used to watch this quite a lot when it first came out in the 90's. The Gate to the Mind's Eye is essentially a collection of CGI clips from various sources, some used, some unused, until the video took advantage of them. There is some beautiful and haunting imagery, and it takes you all over the place: Past, present, future, outer space, under the sea. The music by Thomas Dolby is awesome, and pairs well with the videos. My Precious
This is my needle in a haystack, the dvd had a few smudges that wiped off. I'm so glad to have found this. The Mind's Eye flicks are the coolest for their time when CGI was being profected, great sound track too!

By today’s standards the computer graphics are slightly limited but the albums music and storyline by Thomas Dolby are phenomenal especially the title track
