Notified and corresponded with seller several times about defects in the paint. It was advertised as new. He said he shipped it out without looking at it. I explained the defect was apparent just looking through the plastic in the cardon. His only offer was for me to ship it back to him, at my own expense, and he would determine whether or not to refund my money.
