Bid and won this item. Was very excited for it, and when it arrived it was damaged, the top fin was snapped off. If it were any regular item, and not a collectible, the damage would not have been an issue and a return/replacement would have been fine. Item was packaged very poorly, thinly and with no support for the ceramic. The shipping box showed no obvious signs of damage.
Seller is more concerned with recouping personal losses.

Offered a full refund. FULL REFUND immediately. He still wasnt happy. I cannot control how a package is handled in transit.
