    3 Cheers For Pioneer

    Heard from 2 local stores that Pioneer made the best car audio so I decided to take a chance on it. This unit retailed locally for about $140 and got it for $60 online. :) My previous decks always had CD drives fail early on so I wanted something more reliable. This particular deck (DEHP3100UB) had the external AUX port, CD/CDRW, USB port, and satellite ready features which were everything I wanted! I mostly play tunes from my handheld player but the other features are very handy for a quick fix. It was all a simple and routine soldering project (at least for me) and the manual explained all the buttons, so when I connected everything up it all worked (phew!), but the real surprise was that it had a subwoofer amp built-in that could be switched on/off from the menu with adjustable ...

    Pioneer DEH P3100UB Car CD/ MP3 Player

    This stereo is so versatile that it will play any type of music format (iPod, usb, mp3, CD MP3 and much more). Very easy to adjust sound balance and enhancements. Detachable face plate. I have it plugged into an Alpine amp and it rocks! I have a Kenwood with almost the same features as this Pioneer P3100UB but there is not comparison...the Pioneer is so much easier to use and play. I have had my Kenwood for 2 years and I still do not know or remember how to adjust sound balance and enhancements but not so with the Pioneer it is so easy to navigate.

    A Pioneer choice

    Great features, excellent value, excellent quality unit. After researching 4 other brands and more than 10 different models, I decided on the Pioneer DEH P3100UB because of these key features and attributes. 1.) Pioneer quality reputation. 2.) Front USB. 3.) Ability to play 90% of digital media out there. 4.) Great radio reception (Supertuner). 5.) HD Radio upgradeable. 6.) Bluetooth capable. 7.) Proven performance. In addition, the unit has multiple RCA Preamp outputs (2 sets). One for sub woofer frequencies and the other for a second amplifier. This was important for me since my intention was to add two amplifiers (one single - channel amp for a 10" sub woofer and one 4 - channel amp for the other 4 speakers. In the end, I believe I have made the right decision with no regrets.

    Just what i wanted!

    My boyfriend is a boat owner and we had been looking at the same model radio in stores to install in his boat. I purchased the radio for much less through eBay than through the retail stores and gave it to my boyfriend as a Valentine's Day gift. Needless to say it's the exact model we wanted. He loved it! It has the functions we were looking for [usb connection and auxillary input for our ipods and iphones]. He loved the radio and his girlfriend for such a functional very much wanted gift!

    Pioneer CD player DEH-p3100ub

    Overall Pioneer Cd player was in very excellent condition. I only needed the faceplate since mine was stolen. I popped it on and it worked just fine all my old settings still work and didn't have to install anything else. The price was very reasonable compared to everyone who wanted over $100 for a used/slightly used cd player.
