First off, the shoes are fine, shipped quickly and arrived in a timely manner. The issue is I hit purchase before I wanted too and then could not cancel the order which I requested immediately after “purchasing.” Seller REFUSED to cancel/refund order. It was within minutes of sale! So, in light of this, I have a pair of shoes that I could have purchased cheaper, elsewhere because the seller wouldn’t give me the time of day in canceling my order. How is THAT customer service? Beware of seller.

How about not purchasing if your not committed to buying ? You want me to cancel an order just because you found a cheaper price ? How is that fair for me, you clicked purchase. At this point you are trying to waste my time since I had offers out with others.
