Delivered 6 “pairs” of mixed parts, 5 with 3.7mm diameter hole and 7 with 3.0mm hole which does not allow to use screw isolation shoulder washer. I expected all 3.7mm hole.

We've been in contact with the buyer to resolve this. We weren't aware that some of the parts supplied had different size holes, and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
