Postage was listed as $39.99. When parcel arrived I saw postage was only $25. Wrote to seller asking for refund of $15 & explanation. He said, "It is all up to chance" or words to that effect when it comes to postage costs. Even if that is so, I should have been refunded straight away without having to ask for it. Box was barely taped together and was falling apart. Address label was 10cm x 2cm & attached by only 1 staple. Amazed it stayed on. Dirt/leaves etc in box with towels. Quite poor!

Item not as described!!! It was listed as ,suppose to work with a Nexiq usb link 2. I had even asked the seller a couple times to be sure it was for Nexiq 2, which he responded with a”YES”. I received the cables a month later too find that they are not compatible with what he told me or what the listing says!! I started a return process but the seller wanted me to put a false amount attached to the pkg. for “customs/Boader” officials…… Strange! Now I’m out $109 due to misrepresentation of item.
