I know it's not the seller's fault but, it seems any time I see Pitney Bowes the package gets lost or it sits a Pitney Bowes facility for days. This time it sat in Mt. Vernon Il for two days. It should have gone from St. Louis to Carbondale, not St. Louis-Mt. Vernon-St. louis and then to Carbondale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
