The downside first - display box was badly scuffed and scratched. Apparently this was in the description (hadn't spotted that detail, but it was priced as you would expect brand new, undamaged?). Sent several pictures, the marks were nothing unusual apparently. The upside - sent complaint, was offered a partial refund or option to go through returns / refund procedure. Accepted partial refund as couldn't face the hassle. An odd buying experience.
