This EBay seller made the best of a situation beyond his control. The item was small and lightweight but bulky. The shipping charge by the carrier was exhorbitant, but that was not the seller's fault. EBay makes it worse by gouging on the shipping cost for which EBay provides zero benefit. Everything else about the listing, bidding and order fulfillment by the seller was entirely satisfactory.
