Attidue is key for healing and staying healthy
I heard this author speak and met the cancer patients of his who beat cancer when they were not supposed to do so. This book was a best seller for a long time because it augments any healing treatments which are fighting serious illnesses...especially cancer. Dr. Siegal shows the importance of attitude and how to change thoughts to attract healing...how important what we picture in our mind is as our minds are like magnets and what we think about, we attract. I attended his workshops and he believes that we should learn how to live and fight for ourselves. I also found this a tremendous comofort in dealing with my son's death. Subconsciously we know about our loved ones and it helps reaffirm a purpose for the universe and belief in the afterlife...a belief in a loving God. I taught ... Good Book
This is a good book from Bernie Siegel. Always on his basic theme of a good attitude, positive, with respect for one self and others will achieve you wonders in terms of your health
