Item arrived screwed up in a ball, tightly wrapped in a plastic bag, leaving deep crease lines all over it.
Seller suggested there was no other possible way they could have sent it…
Reached out to seller and got a rude & childish response.
Was told “Crack on ya saddo” after saying I would review.
Deep crease lines remain despite my efforts to remove.
Would advise seller to take more care when packaging, and be more patient / empathetic towards their buyers.

just another entitled complainer , started his message with "before i leave bad feedback" hinting for a refund or discount off the bat, he paid £10 for very nice kickers jacket , i folded it as anyone would with a jacket packed and sent , never had any complain about clothes sent but he complained it was creased! i was blunt not rude and informed him no need for threats , offered full refund if sent back but he prefered to keep and just leave a review, so how bad was the crease? cheapskate
