I immediately contacted the Seller with problems & a proposed solution. The Seller promptly replied with an even better solution. I was upset because I never encountered a problem like this when ordering online but then they made it right.

Great packaging shipped through the United States Postal Service with multiple layers of protection to protect against evil package handlers, received in good condition and as described. Overall easy and a great buyer to buy items here on eBay. Especially for the price and the type of shoe, it is overall cheaper to buy it this way rather than Amazon. Nonetheless, a great buyer and will buy again if I'm interested.
