    The buyer provided an address that is a forwarding station, which sends parcels to other countries. We have investigated this address and found it to be high-risk; it is often used by buyers to receive goods and then claim that the parcels were not received. However, the buyer could not explain why he uses this address and has repeatedly told us that he did not receive the parcel after it was shipped.
