Hi, Buyer did not reach out to me to try to resove this and just left feedback. I always work with buyers if there is a issue. This feedback is unwarranted as they did not reach out or attempt to resolve this. They could of messaged me or opened a return for a refund. Polo scarf is direct from major department store, I sold two others with no issues.
