Seller notes: “There are 2 tiny holes on the front cover and 1 small hole at the right edge of the back cover ... “There are 2 tiny holes on the front cover and 1 small hole at the right edge of the back cover where the leather has eroded. Wear to the top edge of the spine, and at the cover corners. The spine label has a couple small tears at the left and right edges. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Both covers are firmly attached. The front end papers has been removed (the book opens to the title page). The front pastedown has an old name/address written in ink, and bits of the top paper layer have peeled away. The text pages are lightly age-toned with consistent light foxing throughout (though a bit heavier foxing on pages 76-79). The last dozen or so pages have a light stain at the top edge and the upper-inner corner. A couple small bits of the top paper layer have peeled away at the inner edge of the rear pastedown. A stain appears at the beginning of the book and gets gradually smaller until it disappears at page 88. Overall the book is in Fair condition.”
