I rate this dealer with neutral experience as I did receive a refund. Just beware, of his numerous responses to anyone who gives him a negative feedback. He calls everyone a "liar".
Read his responses and you will see what I mean. The mantles he sold me where defective and useless. See photos.

Buyer lied to eBay to allow a full refund and abused the return process. He set both mantles on fire then decided he didn't want them because he said he found them somewhere else cheaper (which also is a lie). He demanded we refund him the difference "or else" (extortion). We opened our own case with eBay and reported the buyer. We got back a box of ash and two pieces of wire. Unsellabe. Its situations like this that make selling to future customers more expensive. The few ruin it for the many.
