Boxes of food were shipped in a mailer instead of a box. One of the boxes got banged up from being thrown around. This caused a tear in the food bag and food in the mailer. It was pure luck that it wasn't totally trashed. My guess is that it didn't get damaged until the very last leg of the shipping. Not happy about the shipper not putting this in a box. A little common sense would have prevented this problem.

At the price you paid, we cannot ship in a box but the padded flat rate. A little common sense with speaking with elected officials about the rising costs of shipping and a little commo sense about the extreme costs of shipping, mailers, etc would be nice. And you didn't reach out to customer service only bad feedback. Common sense would say send an email to a seller reporting the problem instead of just complaining on feedback.
