Either sent a broken switch or didn't provide secure enough shipping (envelope) .Seller says to defraud the USPS to get a refund. Does not stand behind the items they sell. BEWARE. Many other sellers selling the same item. Choose another seller because I spent $18 and have nothing to show for it but a broken lid switch to go with my other broken switch on my clothes washer. Seller washed his hands of the situation they created with my $18.
