I have to start by saying this seller was very kind and communicative. I would buy from them again. I am not giving 5 stars because of the condition of the powders I ordered. One powder was broken which I was aware of and okay with purchasing. The other powder was supposed to be new. It was only wrapped in one layer of bubblewrap and it arrived completely shattered as well. As a seller myself, I I would recommend more layers of bubblewrap for fragile items. I just wish it arrived new and intact.

I will look for another powder and ship it free of charge . My apologies. I run out of the bubble wrap and thought the one layer was sufficient. I usually wrapped it in double or triple layer and only if fully boxed I secure with single layer. I started using the paper bubble envelopes for that same reason as they provide extra shock absorbance in comparison to the shiny/fancy buble plastic envelopes.

I love the color too. Such a gorgeous neutral. I actually bought from a life show on other platform for myself and I'm a Large. The seller did not mention it was running big. I just rebought it in Medium . I'm so happy you're loving it.
