When I found the right shoes I needed for the price I was looking for, I contacted the seller about shipping and I had a big ask. Since these were a Christmas present in a different state, I wanted to make sure they got to my daughter on time. I asked if they could wrap my purchase and send to a different address then what is on file. They walked me through changing my shipping address and sent me a photo of my gift, wrapped! They went above and beyond for me and gift is under daughters tree!
