    Good control stuffing sausages.

    Before using the grinder directly to sausage casing. This allows better control stuffing the sausage. More even flow and less effort. Comparing the grinder to sausage. LEM allows mixing all the ingredients in the meat before stuffing the sausage. Size is right for making enough sausage for several meals. Easily refilled for making more sausages. Tip on loading the Sausage casing on the tube. Let a small amount of meat to come out the end of the tube. Much easier.

    Get it, you'll thank your stress level on this one.

    I really like it so far. It's what I would expect for home and even if you are doing larger quantities of stuffed meats at home, it's still much faster than using a grinder attachment as your stuffer. Believe me, I've tried to use the tube on my 6qt kitchen aid and it's a nightmare. This was so amazingly fast, my wife couldn't believe it. Definitely worth the money so long as the parts last for years to come.
