The item arrived ahead of the time outlined, which I was thankful for. However, after a few days of use there was a noice coming from inside. Having unzipped the outer part, there was a screw that had come off. I tried to screw it back in but found that it wouldn't actually screw in. Looking closer at it, it looks like the 2 neck wheels are different sizes. The one on the left is a lot bigger, now giving me more pain on that side. I've contacted the seller to raise the fault.
