Refund issued straight away, but both pairs turned up damaged in exactly the same way (left ear piece broken) and boxes not factory sealed, which was a bit dodgy considering they couldn't have been damaged in transport as solid boxes and in their factory sturdy carry case. Not offered replacement which was also disappointing. Listings for these headphones all look the same from other different sellers. Buyers beware and make sure you have "buyer protection" from ebay or paypal if purchasing.
