Appalling, Abrasive, Combative Seller. I purchased two paintings with best offer. Seller immediately compiled and sold to me. I politely asked why I was charged twice for shipping as well as one painting was stained due to packaging. That’s all I did. Response was Combative with absolutely no concern. The damage to the painting was apparently due to packaging. The charge for shipping two paintings in one package is something that I think is not reasonable.

The customer offered me $75 each for two original watercolors which I accepted immediately with no negotiation. There was some paint residue on the back of one from the artist's own paint. It had no impact on the presentation. The customer claims I caused the paint residue during the shipping process. He also does not believe he should pay shipping for both items. I tried to explain that a fed ex poster box costs me $12, the bubble wrap and other materials cost money.
