I received my purchase today, I have been waiting since 6/10/23. Unfortunately, it is damaged, it has a small split, it appears to have been knocked quite strongly. It will be unsuitable as I want to use this tool for mixing liquids.
To receive a replacement for this item would be a lengthy process and I would prefer not to do so. In my opinion, this item should have been packed more securely to avoid such an incident. A full refund would be preferable.
