Waited more than 2 weeks for item. Contacted seller asking if the item had been dispatched, to which she replied that the item had been caught up and it was sent. Then without any explanation at all I got a refund stating the item was out of stock. Disappointed as I was obviously lied to. Even more disappointing that the item was going to a girl with Down Syndrome who saved the money for the item through dog washing.

The item became unavailable after the listing ended after a miscommunication from my office. A full refund was issued expediently. Any disappointment caused was unavoidable in the circumstances and I apologise for this.
