I liked that the seller issued a full refund and didn't require me to return the item. They were also respectful/professional in their communications. Unfortunately, I ended up being sent the wrong item in the mail. (It was a really easy mix up but it meant that I had a boardgame expansion that was unusable with the edition I own.)
