Item arrived pretty quickly, after I opened the shipping box, I noticed some damage to the items box. Wasn't to worried because I've received damaged boxes before and the product was still in perfect condition. Unfortunately the subwoofer had damage to it. I sent the photos the seller immediately, he quickly responded and apologized. Offered multiple resolutions. Before I gave him my choice I wanted to test them out. He sent the partial refund immediately. That's how it should be!
