Beautiful bag… EXCEPT for the back zipper which was broken, which you couldn’t tell from the pictures as it was unzipped. It wasn’t damaged by the post office en route to my home as the box was in perfect condition and the bag was carefully wrapped. No pieces were left in the package nor had fallen out. There was no mention of it in the description nor shown in your pictures. Since you don’t accept returns, I would like a refund please.
