Item I received wasn't the item I purchased. Instead, I received a lesser valued piece with the promise of receiving the correct item asap. After waiting several days for tracking info on item, I requested info, only to be told it wasn't in their possession at that time. I was then sent 3 more small items and told the item I had purchased couldn't be found. Seller DID TRY to make this up to me, but it doesn't change the fact that I never did receive the item I wanted and purchased.
