The dress was listed as NWT, but when it arrived, there was a stain in the center on the chest and a few loose sequins/ beads, which was very disappointing. When I notified the seller about the condition, they were willing to refund the money. Despite the initial disappointment (and difficulty in finding a new dress), I was thankful for the seller's responsiveness.
