Slow Hard Drive and Buggy Software
The speed is no where near USB 3 more like 2 so expect to wait hours to back up a drive. The software doesn't install 99% of the time and you will have to resort to hours on google to find a fix that will work for you. W7 could never find it and could never get any software to install. Swapped it over to a W11 laptop and it was found but yet again the software failed to install. Just use explorer to do a manual backup when I am in the mood. Just installed a hdd in the pc instead.
