Tried contacting seller for pre sale advice, didnt get a response, Purchased and paid $1549 with free postage for bike anyhow. Seller contacted asking for a further $361 for postage as their "free postage" only cover them for $100. No where did it state they wouldn't send to me or it would be an extra cost, worst communication from a seller to date, they the seller refused to send and refunded money. E-Bike was for a cancer patient who can no longer legally drive, further stress for them!
