Order arrived smashed to pieces, I’ve sent photos to the seller and her only response was “ no problem”—- no resolution, no refund, nothing.
She sent a glass jewellery box in thin plastic envelope with almost no padding around the item .
I’ve paid $14.50 for postage, at that price buying a carton parcel box ( or just using a shoe box or any random hard box) would’ve helped to avoid the problem. Just have no idea why I have to cope the costs if I did paid the required price
