Vacuum cleaner is legit, is good for my needs. The only thing I don't like so much is there is no air inlet suction control or the handle. Other lower end Miele's have these and they help get the suction perfect to where the nozzle doesnt get stuck on the carpeting do to high suction. I have ordered a handle with this feature for about $14 and hoping that it fits and works well enight.
