    PurePulse Duo EMS and TENS Combo Device

    I had one of these before and it worked so well that I purchased another. I have found this Combo unit useful for a wide variety of internal structural problems (i.e., bone aches, nerve pains, and sore muscles). For example, I needed a mid-back fusion and prior to that, this unit was the only thing that eased the pain. Whenever I overdo on exercise or work, this unit is excellent in relaxing muscles. I also had a shoulder situation in which I had a nerve pinched. This unit was excellent in relieving the nerve pain. Pros: This has multiple program modes for both chronic pain such as bones, nerve and muscle pains. Each mode has both intensity and timer settings.     My unit gives sporadic impulse messages which are very faint most of the time with a few moments of specified intensity. I am used to a totally different Tens experience. I will contact Pure to voice my concerns.

    It works!!

    This unit is very helpful. Whenever a muscle group acts up, I just apply a patch and turn up the intensity and within a few minutes, it loosens me up and I'm good to go.
