    Really negative experience. Poor communication. Seller uploaded tracking number but never gave item to USPS. Claims post office returned item to him for underpaying postage. Held onto item for 2 weeks until I opened a case with eBay. Then claimed he gave item to post office and they sent him item back a second time for underpaying postage but tracking shows he never dropped item off at post office. Still hasn’t refunded money or shipped item.
