      It worked for us.

      We needed something to boost the signal upstairs so Netflix would work. This worked just fine, and we also now have good Wifi in all the upstairs bedrooms. I placed the booster in the bedroom just above the room with the router. It was pretty easy to install, it would have been easier if it had been brand new and I didn't have to use an Ethernet cable to set it up and reset it to factory settings.

      It is problematic at best!

      Bought this and it keeps dropping wifi signal and has been nothing but a headache. Have placed it ALL over the house but still keeps dropping out. Had my ISP to check Modem and router and all is fine. The Belkin unit just doesn't work! Even when it says its working it isn't. Really disappointed!

      Took a bit to set up. Needed firmware update and after that a little user experimentation.

      I had to call their support and it took a little bit, but I got it working. He had to upgrade the firmware and I was able to set it up ok. The first place I had it was in the wall socket in a room through a wall from my router. Maybe 20 feet in a direct line. Didn't get much in the way of reception. I put it on an extension cord same spot, but about 4 ft high but it was laying on its side with the antennas pointing horizontally. Still not great reception and transmission sucked as a result. Then while still leaving it on its side, but pointing the antennas up, it worked like gangbusters. I can now get 5 gjz wifi reception across the street about 50 ft or more. Used to only be able to get a weak 2.4 ghz

      Tiny but powerful!

      I am very pleased with my purchase. It arrived a couple of days earlier than originally predicted and it was mostly easy to plug in and get going. I had a few glitches in the beginning, but that was my fault for not following directions perfectly. At any rate, we are able to stream movies now with no buffering or delays. I highly recommend this as an easy fix to wifi dead spots in your house. I haven't tried doing anything in the back yard or garage, but I have no doubts that it will work very well in those areas. We had some dead spots in our house and this little device fixed that problem. You can't go wrong with this neat little product.

      Good solution for full house internet

      I own a two story house and the router is upstairs connected to my hard-wired work computer. Streaming video to our devices downstairs was definitely slower than upstairs. I performed a speed test before and after the install and we gained close to 20Mbps downstairs. Great product!
