    Excellent customer service. The beautiful Mexican Talavera pottery bird bath delivered by FedEX was broken in pieces on arrival. It is NOT in any way the seller's fault. It was packaged and padded very well and labeled all over with "fragile" labels. Unfortunately, FedEX is known for destroying breakable items and then refusing to take responsibility. However, I was refunded by the seller immediately, and she is filing a claim with FedEX. I wish her a lot of luck with them.

    Useful and Chock full of well edited Pictures and Commentary

    Make your selection from this series of guides authorized and endorsed by the publishers of Downton Abbey. There are some pretenders out there who would love to have your money for their shabby attempt to capitalize on the popularity of these wonderful PBS programs. Personal impression is that Shirley McLain was miscast, but this was the only flaw I found in the production.
