Unfortunately I made a mistake and changed my main suplier which I was dealing with them all the time, I bought RV WIFI from this company. After starting to install this unit, I found the fault and contacted the seller. Surprisingly, they referred different company to contact with to claim the warranty! The product I bought from them even wasn't a couple of months old. Just bad customer service and no support for their selling products. 😒Reply from: etimervcentre- Feedback replied by seller etimervcentre.- Feedback replied by seller etimervcentre.You did not install the product according to the installation manual, resulting in product failure. We suggestted that you contact the manufacturer directly for repair, but you rudely asked us to replace it for free and threatened to file a dispute case through eBay and PayPal. The item has not been taken out of the box yet but it appears to be EXACTLY as described by the sellers advertised description. The Eco-Flow Wave 2 portable AC I am sure will work just as advertised as it appears to be a high class -made well product.
