      removed mineral deposit buildup

      Gas Hot Water heater making crackling-popping noises when it is heating the vessel. This high power vinegar did the job. Drained water out and turned the drain valve off; poured in the 30% vinegar on the side of tank near the top where the pop off valve is located; let the vinegar set 24 hours minimum and then drained out the vinegar and flushed out the gas heater tank with fresh water to get rid of the vinegar smell. Filled the hot water heater up with fresh water. Turned the natural gas back-on to the heater. It worked; no more crackling-popping noise when heater is heating up the water. Saved me from having to replace the gas hot water heater with a new one; LUV THIS VINEGAR! tollgate66

      Use for weeds, and cleaning

      I have COPD so cleaners cause me to have severe breathing issues. I started using cleaning vinegar, which is 3-5% acidity, 5 years ago until I found out about 30% vinegar. This stuff will take grease, and lime buildup off with very little scrubbing. You can dilute it or use undiluted depending on how bad a problem it is. It is strong so use with gloves to protect your skin. It is also great for killing weeds and so much better for the environment. I also make up a solution of 2/3 distilled water, 1/3 vinegar, plus 1/2 teaspoon of Dawn dish soap for quick clean ups.

      Worth the purchase

      I used this vinegar to soak rust off an old cast iron kettle. It worked quite well. I used it to clean spots off kitchen wallpaper. It is great for cleaning polar fleece!!(comes out soft) I plan to use it to kill ivy which is killing trees in backyard when the weather permits. I would add some caution: That it should be kept from children Hold away from face when pouring Might be best to use goggles and gloves just to be safe.

      Worked well as a non-selective herbicide.

      I diluted this product to create a 15% acetic acid solution. Still worked great as an herbicide on relatively smaller weeds. Took a full 24 hours to see the effects, but it worked.

      Condensed version of regular vinegar. Must be mixed with water it is very effective for cleaning and nontoxic to animals. A great way to save space. Mix as needed.
