    I know many will question if they should buy this dvd for their collection but owning the full star wars movie collection is not very expensive considering what it cost to make them. I watch my star wars more than once, a timeless collection.

    An action adventure movie.

    This movie was about a young Han Solo, about the time he joined a gang of smugglers, and when he first met up with Chewbacca. It is about the adventures they undertook, and a great action movie. I didn't recall who the Actor was as Han Solo, but he acted the part really well. Worth seeing to find out how Han Solo started.

    Great film, but better without Han Solo

    It's star wars, so I knew I'd love it. But to be more objective Han Solo is the worst character in this film. It is not a back story for Han because he does not develop or change over the film. He is essentially the same Han as in the original trilogy. Great for consistency, not so great for a back story. However all the other characters are brilliant and make up for Hans lack of progression.
